chrome://gpuinfo shows supported HW decoder:
h264 baseline/main/high, vp8, vp9 profile0 are supported up to 4096x4096, which is not correct.
Also, supported HW encoder:
h264 baseline/main/high up to 4096x4096, which is also wrong.
