Steps:
# Navigate to HTML5 control input type="color", I used the example under the "other" section here: http://chrome-accessibility.appspot.com/static/html5controls.html

# Press enter with focus on the control to launch the color picker wheel
# Move the arrow keys and tab in attempt to get into the color picker UI
Expected: pressing tab would allow me to put focus on the color picker, expected I could move the sliders up and down in the color picker using keyboard
Actual: unable to get into the color picker or change color selection
