You can also use the comment field on any CRBug
# Type any text on multiple lines or use arrow key to move down through existing multiple lines
Expected: focus remains on the words you are typing, you're able to read everything you type or scroll through
Actual: focus keeps jumping back up to the top with every keystroke, making it hard to type or read anything.
Note that this does not apply to the contenteditable fields on the HTML5 controls test page linked above
