Paste and Match Style has wrong keyboard shortcut

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Edit menu
2. See that Paste and Match Style is listed as ⇧⌘V

What is the expected result?
The standard shortcut on MacOS is ⌥⇧⌘V

What happens instead of that?
Paste and Match Style is listed as ⇧⌘V

Please provide any additional information below.
For some reason, ⌥⇧⌘V actually still works and I've been using it from muscle memory for years without issue (maybe MacOS falls back automatically when there are more modifiers than you need?). But I just realized it's listed wrong when a teammate said they always paste into Spotlight and copy back out since they didn't want to memorize a separate shortcut just for Chrome.

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.77 also on latest chrome 72.0.3608.0 using Mac 10.14.0.  
 
Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged.

This is intentional and isn't a regression from the introduction of main_menu_builder.mm. There are two keyboard shortcuts for they key: Cmd-Shift-V is the key equivalent that Chrome provides that is slightly easier than the macOS default Cmd-Option-Shift-V. If you hold down the Option key while the Edit menu is open, you'll see the alternate shortcut.
