[Component Request] TouchToSearch, TapToSearch

Please update the descriptions for TapToSearch and TouchToSearch to match the new external branding of the Contextual Search feature:
TouchToSearch = Obsolete: use UI>Browser>Mobile>TapToSearch
TapToSearch = Contextual Search (i.e. search results in an Overlay)
