Issue descriptionChrome Version: 72.0.3602.2 2 Issues Found What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Go to Checkout page ofelsevierhealth.com (2)Under Billing information, Click First Name and apply Autofill profile (3)On the pop-up (under Zip/Postal code) select "Continue with existing" What is the expected result? (1)Address Box 1 & 2 and State/Province - Autofill sticks. (2)Country Code Box does not get autofilled. What happens instead? (1)Address Box 1 & 2 and State/Province Box - Autofill does not stick. (2)Country Code Box gets Autofilled with "United S".

Autofill does not stick - Chrome autofills the field, but the field value immediately sets to nothing
