Autofill Issue : hottopic.com : Expiration Date box - Autofill does not stick

Chrome Version: 72.0.3602.2 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to Check out page of hottopic.com
(2)Under Payment Method, click Name on Card box and apply Autofill profile


What is the expected result?
Expiration date info stick to Expiration date box

What happens instead?
Expiration date info appears and disappears in the Expiration Date box

Autofill does not not stick - Chrome autofills the field, but the field value immediately sets to nothing
