Server Prediction : midwayusa.com : Street, Zip, City do not get Autofilled

Chrome Version: 72.0.3602.2 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Go to Checkout page of midwayusa.com
(2)In the Ship To section, click First Name box and select Autofill profile

What is the expected result?
Street, Zip code and City boxes get Autofilled

What happens instead?
Street, Zip code and City boxes do not get Autfilled while Apt and State boxes do.
