Multiple builders internal error

Patchset 3 is causing internal error for many builders.

something to fix?

@bpastene, I'm assigning initially to you - we had discussion/bug about Jumbo and you're probably correct person.

Due to a broken recipe change:

The recipe roller re-landed the old change. I force landed the revert in build, so it should be recovering now...
