Autofill Issue : zumiez.com : Address box 2 contains duplicate information as Address box 1 when Autofilled

Chrome Version: 72.0.3602.2 

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to BILLING Address section of zumiez.com
(2) Click First Name box and apply Autofill Profile

What is the expected result?
Address Box 2 Contains Apt # info

What happens instead?
Address Box 2 Contains Full Address, same as Address box 1
