Once the Milo feature is in place, this bug tracks implementation on the CrOS-side. At a minimum, we should have links to file bugs on builders based on information about the build. Perhaps we should have 3-4 different links: each one for common causes of bugs being filed (e.g. timed out, DUT shortage, etc.).
