Issue descriptionHow do i remove the dark green image in the background of my new tab window? I cannot see the google apps link in the upper right corner and other shortcuts in this part of the desktop screen. Thank you Gia Riney Screenshot is attached.

What device is this on? Any idea where the background image came from (how it was set)? If there's an extension related to the new tab page, then disable it.

Thanks for the issue... @Reporter: Can you verify this issue with fresh profile that is not having any extensions and apps or reset all the flags and mention the OS your facing this issue. Let us know whether issue still persists.

@reporter: are you still experiencing this? If so, did you check whether an installed extension or theme has set the background image?
