Chrome-for-iOS could probably do auto-reload of web pages on network errors more

Issue descriptionExample URL: Cross-URLs, depends on transient network conditions Steps to reproduce the problem: Load web pages in Chrome-for-iOS. Occasionally hit transient network issues. Manual reload addresses it, but would be nice for auto-reload or auto-retry behavior to fix it instead. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? I recently started using an iPad and Chrome-on-iOS more than in the past. During operations, I regularly (~ 1% of page loads?) get a transient network failure when loading a web page. I believe the logic for auto-reloading pages with some sort of exponential backoff got ported to Chrome-for-iOS at one point, similar to what was done on other platforms. Perhaps it's bitrot a bit, or perhaps I'm hitting specific network errors which don't trigger the auto-reload logic. I'll post specific ERR_* response codes later tonight if it would help. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.75 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version:
