Pre-condition : Sign into 2 Users

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-out screen -> click on Uber Tray and disconnect Wi-Fi network
(2)Now click on 'Add Person' option -> Network offline page is seen -> observe 
logo at 'Add other WiFi network' is seen missing
(3)Connect to WiFi network and click on network settings -> In Network settings window click on 'Disconnect' option -> Now close it and click on 'Add Person' option -> Network offline page is seen -> WiFi networks are available and scroll down  ->  observe logo at 'Add other WiFi network' is seen missing

Note : Issue is not seen when WiFi is disconnected at first Sign-in user overlay

Expected: 'Add other WiFi network' icon should be seen in  Network offline page
Actual: Instead  'Add other WiFi network' icon is seen  missing 

This is Regression Issue as same is working fine for M-69
