uspoof_getSkeleton can produce skeletons with obvious mappings missing, and we add extra mappings ourselves to cover it (e.g.  bug 882078 ,  bug 803571 ).

There is potentially a large number of such characters. 

To start with, write a binary to go over all unicode characters and visually check them against other Latin characters and numbers.
