70.0.3538.76 this updated and now cannot use internet and run any apps at the same time.

Application version: 70.0.3538.76
Operating system: Chrome

Steps to reproduce:
(1) Powerwash
(2) Reboot
(3)

Expected result:
Be able to use a app while browsing internet

Actual result:
when a app is open it will pause/stop running when I use the browser or open a file.

As per above device details this seems to be issue on OS=Chrome and not OS=Android. Hence changing the component.

You have any idea how to fix, i tried rolling back the update without
success, these Chromebooks are useless for education and browsing purposes
at this time.
