add manual enterprise tests for smartcard PIN entry

Summary of action item:

To add some test coverage for smartcard PIN entry as seen in issue 901416. Possibly this could be added as part of the enterprise testing lab.

We will not be able to automate this via the enterprise lab. I will need more information on existing test coverage, automation and more data on smartcards that need to be tested.
