Flash Player doesn't work with my Chrome

Chrome Version       : 70.0.3538.77 x64

Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
      Opera: OK
  IExplorer: OK
       Edge: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Re-installing flash player
(2) Reloading the page
(3) Trying anything

What is the expected result?
To see the video

What happens instead?
I get to see the absence of flash player

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested this issue on Windows 10 on the reported version 70.0.3538.77 and the latest Canary 72.0.3604.0 and unable to reproduce the issue by following the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and navigated to http://www.veoh.com/watch/v294310Hz974Pzk.
2. Allowed Flash to run and can observe that the video is playing without any issues.

Request you to retry the issue on a new chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread with the observations.
