Currently our ability to deploy VM's using image templates and customization scripts is not working as expected. This degradation of our capabilities leaves us in a state where we are unable to perform increases in capacity or recovery in the event of an while spread new to redeploy.

Currently:
 Success:
 - VMware successfully deploys a clone VM
 - The Clone VM successfully get its MAC and IP address
 
 Failure
 - The VM does NOT change its hostname as expected
 - The VM does NOT join the domain
 - The VM does NOT use the Windows License Key to unlock itself

Next Steps
 - Check that the Computer Objects are in AD for the VM
 - Check that the username and password it is using are valid in AD
 - Check that the license key is valid

If all of that checks out
 - Rebuild bare bones image to use as a template with only the 
   necessary changes to operate in our environment
 - Look into using/writing customization scripts to handle these task
