Unmarking a file as Available Offline from Offline does not update in the UI

Testing on M72.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Drive in Files app and mark an image as Available Offline.
2. Go to the Offline view and the file will appear.
3. In the Offline view, right click the file and uncheck the Available Offline flag.

Expected behavior: The file should disappear from the Offline view.
Actual behavior: The file remains in the UI. If you click to a different and back, then the file disappears.

I think this could be a broader file refresh issue?

This is unchanged from before. The offline virtual folder is implemented as a search results page so doesn't update as the underlying files change.

Fixing this would most-likely require some special-casing in the UI.
