consider adding notches and dynamic menu to the emulator

Reported by davidmax...@gmail.com, Nov 7

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
iphone x and pixel 3 have notches, but these aren't emulated in the dev tools.
also, iphone has a pop-up menu that appears at the bottom of the screen when the bottom 40px of the screen is touched, which pushes up items css:fixed to the bottom, but there is no way to emulate that in the dev tools either.

What is the expected behavior?
nice way to develop for notched screen and dynamic menu that affects layout

What went wrong?
have to use on-device debugging (in the iphone case, requiring switching to OSX).

Did this work before? N/A

This is a lot of work for us to get right. It certainly would be nice to have, but it doesn't seem feasible for us to do a better job than actually testing on an iPhone X/Pixel 3.
Indeed, you won't ever do a better job than a real device, but the point is that we have to actually get such devices, which is *extremely* expensive.

Is it really that difficult to 'get right'? I mean, it doesn't actually even have to be accurate...just need to be able to have notches shown and the corresponding env() variables set. I'm really asking for a similar thing to the emulated ones on Android (9)?
