A white blank website pages

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. I have try to use another browser to see if it work and it did work .
2. I have did a new window incognito in google chrome and it worked than fine .
3. The site will not load right on chrome by it self no more .

What is the expected behavior?

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes 70.0.3538.77

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #70.0.3538.77 and latest chrome #72.0.3604.0 using Windows 10 and Ubuntu 17.10 by following steps as per comment#3.
Note: Issue is not getting reproduce on Linux(Ubuntu 17.10).

The behavior is seen from old M-60 builds(#60.0.3112.113). This is a non-regression issue, hence marking it as untriaged and requesting someone from the dev team to look into the issue.

It seems to be working fine now. Tested the issue on chrome version #60.0.3112.113, reported chrome version #70.0.3538.77 and latest chrome #72.0.3611.0 by using Ubuntu 17.10, Windows 10 and Mac OS 10.14 by following steps as per comment#0 and comment#3.
