Chromevox just announces "button" for many keys in Emoji layout

REPRO STEPS:
1.Turn on ChromeVox.
2.Switch to Emoji layout.
3.Tap Backspace, Enter, Hide keyboard.

Actual result: 
Only "Button" can be heard.


As compare, if tap these keys in HW panel, "Backspace button/Enter button/Hide keyboard button" will be heard.
