and
Google Chrome 71.0.3572.0 (Official Build) dev (64-bit), Google_Caroline.7820.384.0
Steps to repro:
# Turn on ChromeVox with ctrl + alt + z
# Navigate to http://chrome-accessibility.appspot.com/static/html5controls.html
# Use linear navigation to move up and down the page, paying attention to the three Contenteditable fields (the bug doesn't apply to the editable fields) - use search + right arrow and search + left arrow respectively
Expected: able to move up and down the page with each key press
Actual: (depends on which OS version you use
M71: you are "trapped" in the contentediable in both directions, pressing search + left arrow OR search + right does nothing
M72: you are "trapped" from going backwards up the page. Pressing search + left arrow does nothing.
Repeat steps on https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/entry? (while signed in) and you'll note that you can get "trapped" in the description field while trying to submit a bug.
Tabbing does not repro this bug, it's linear nav only.
