What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open Hangouts Extension
(2)Attempt to make call
(3)Prompt will display saying "hangouts needs access to your microphone to make calls. See popup window to resolve this issue."


What is the expected result? Popup allowing access

What happens instead?
Popup is blank, see attachment for an example (not actual)
