Issue descriptionDevice name: Android From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version: 70.0.3538.80 Operating system: 5.1.1 URLs (if applicable): This is a local company web application that uses http Steps to reproduce: (1) Create an http web app with some type of user input with display set to standalone (2) Add created app to home screen with Add to Home screen option in chrome (3) Open app from the home screen and begin typing Expected result: Expected the url to stay hidden when typing input Actual result: The url shows as you begin typing.

This is just a website that is only available locally here at our company. This is added as a shortcut on the home screen of our devices which is the chrome app. I think it only shows up on http sites. I am not able to find any other sites that are mobile apps to test
