Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Placing the following element in a blank page will highlight the issue: What is the expected behavior? Removing the transform matrix shows the menu at the point of mouse click. What went wrong? Notice that when the hamburger menu is clicked when the transform matrix is present, the menu offsets heavily down and right, and can even offset off the page itself. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #70.0.3538.77 and latest chrome 72.0.3604.0 using Windows 10 by following steps as per comment#0. The following are the observations noted while testing the issue. Observations: =========== 1.When tested on M-60 builds (#60.0.3112.113) found that there is no 3-dot menu rather but only a download button is seen. 2.Tried the issue on M-67(#67.0.3369.99),M-68(#68.0.3440.106), M-69(69.0.3497.100) builds, when clicked on the 3-dot menu the video got downloaded directly without showing any download button. Attached screencast and "HTML' file as reference. Hence we could not provide any bisect information about the issue. @reporter: Could you please provide any other sample file or URL that reproduces the issue so that it really helpful in further triaging. Thanks.!

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.6, Win-10 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #70.0.3538.77 and latest canary #72.0.3605.0. This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M67 old builds. From M-66 and older builds, 3-dot menu is not seen rather a download button is present. Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team. Thanks...!! |
