Pre-condition: Enable "Enable using the Google local NTP" and "New Tab Page Background Selection" flags under chrome://flags.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, open NTP, apply any background to NTP from 'Chrome backgrounds'.
2. Press 'Ctrl+P' to open print preview overlay.
3. Select 'A4' option in Paper size dropdown and Enable 'Background graphics' checkbox under 'Options'.
4. Observe the Google image on NTP's print preview.

Actual Result  : White line is seen before the Google image on print preview when page size is set to 'A4'. 
Expected Result: No such white line should be seen.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-69’ and below is the 'chromium bisect' information:
Good Build : 69.0.3464.0 (Revision : 567919)
Bad Build  : 69.0.3465.0 (Revision : 568285)

You are probably looking for a change made after 568087 (known good), but no later than 568088 (first known bad).

Note: 
1. This Issue is seen only on and is specific to device with monitor resolution 1280 X 1024.
2. Tried per revision bisect on Windows and Linux OS but unable to perform the same since getting "RuntimeError: We don't have enough builds to bisect" error, hence, providing chromium bisect.
3. Issue is reproducible on current Dev build #72.0.3602.2
