"Sound on keypress" makes no sense.

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to US keyboard.
2.Tick “Sound on keypress” in US keyboard Settings Page.
3.Tap any key on US keyboard.



Actual result: 
No any sound feedback.

Tried also repro for other keyboards, e.g. FR, EXTD.

More findings: 
Actually, there's sound feedback only when touch Down/Up arrow button in HW layout (draw something to make suggestion&Down arrow button appear.
