Confirmed on Dru.  If you enter feedback using alt-shift-i on extended keyboard, then shift acts like caps lock for text typed into the feedback description.  Tested on extended keyboard and normal US English keyboard (changed after launching feedback).

Confirmed that this does NOT happen when feedback is activated the same way after login.
