Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. navigate to https://tnt-premier.ru and login 2. navigate to https://tnt-premier.ru/series/377173?season=378674&episode=382817&media=390928 3. play the video 4. switch to 1080p 5. seek to 43:00 What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? The at 43:03 part of the videos blurs This happens when played with Widevine CDM(Chrome and Firefox). The same video works fine on Edge with Playready Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: Our bussiness group will send you a e-mail to provide a test account.

no repro on link provided - but this was on CrOS beta (71.0.3578.57). i'll try again on windows.

repro'd on windows & mac, both running beta M71. saw the corruption on the door at position indicated (43:00). Maybe this is an issue w/the SW decoder as I wasn't able to repro it when RA passed and used HW decoder on crOS. @hmchen : maybe we can get out codec partners to take a look?

Sorry, not clear what you mean. You mean I need encoder same source file with the same parameter but not encrypt it? But in that case no any problem with video we will see. I can publish same content with no encryption and provide the link. Is it ok for find root cause?

I am asking for the same file without encryption so that it is easier to test the decoder offline. If it is too large to attach here, you can share with my chromium account via google drive. The encrypted video and un-encrypted video are decoded with different decoders in Chrome, that's why you didn't see the issue without encryption.

Sorry, please describe again. We have source (one *.mp4 file), from this source we create encription files (DASH files). Do you need source? or I need encoder source without encription (for dash) but with the same encoder parameters and provide to you?

Yes, please send the source file without encryption. Instead of the whole 45-min file, you can send a 10 - 30 seconds segment that covers the blurred part. I think that should be good enough for reproducing the issue.
