Clicking in bottom pixel of the shelf under the status area widget does not open the system tray

This reproduces reliably on Nocturne (on multiple scale factors), but not on Eve.

Ok I think I have a hunch, it might be a problem similar to what pending CL 1318799 is fixing.

Applying crrev.comc/c/1318799 does not fix this

@Vlad does your CL 1320013 also fix this or should I keep looking for other places where that "snap" method should be called?

No, it does not fix it.
