Currently, RenderThreadImpl owns the VideoFrameContextProvider. The VideoFrameContextProvider is operated on a thread it is later bound to, and should also be destroyed on that thread. The RenderThreadImpl, however, is destroyed on the main thread, causing there to need to be extra consideration for the destruction of the VideoFrameContextProvider.

We would want to create a separate class that would take over ownership of the VideoFrameContextProvider after it is created by the RenderThreadImpl.
