Snippet output isn't linkified in Console correctly

Project Member Reported by jarhar@chromium.org, Nov 5

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Create a snippet which prints to the console using console.log()
(2) Run the snippet multiple times

What is the expected result?
The console outputs for each run all link to the same snippet

What happens instead?
Each time the snippet is run, the console messages from previous runs become prepended with "VM<number> ", and if you click it, it opens a new identical snippet. In addition, when running a snippet, it appears that a snippet is opened and closed very fast in the open snippets tab list.

This started happening after this change: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1173751

Closing this because Joel said that we should keep the VM prefixes to differentiate between snippets that are being run.
