Korean/Hangul is temporary crashed after updating/installing the system |

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 71.0.3578.36 Platform version : 11151.21.0 - quawks, Jerry What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) update the chromeOS or install the recovery image via USB (2) log into an user (3) set IME to Korean (4) On the omnibox, enter "gksrmf" and hit "ctrl" key to bring up the "Hanja" candidate window (5) try to enter "gksrmf" on any input field such as "omnibox, App Launcher search field" (6) enter ";/.," on any input field (7) hit "right-alt" key to switch the ime to English, and then enter "abcd" What is the expected result? On step4, should be able to see the Hanja candidate window On step5, should be able to enter "한글" What happens instead? On step4, after hitting the "ctrl" key, Hanja candidate window doesn't show up. On step5, nothing happens. unable to enter "한글" On Step6 & 7, able to enter ";/.,","abcd". ============= After killing "Extension:Chrome OS XKB" on the Task manager, able to enter Korean characters.
