Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Set local PC time to PST (Pacific time) 2. Login to a Citrix server that has a different timezone to PST i.e. NZT (New Zealand Time), running Chrome 69 or Chrome 70 3. new Date() object returns NZT even though Citrix session has PST set and showing PST date and time in the windows clock. What is the expected behavior? In Chrome 68 the correct expected behaviour is that PST is returned by new Date() What went wrong? new Date() object is returning Citrix server original timezone i.e. before the local PC's date has been applied to the Citrix session. Did this work before? Yes 68 Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

The issue seems to be related to using a citrix application to triage the issue further. Hence, routing it to inhouse team for further triaging. Tentatively adding component: enterprise. Thanks...!!

I think this was recently fixed. Can you please check that the problem doesn't exist in the 71 version?
