form data with json object is empty in chrome 70 version where as same code works well in chrome 69

Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. login into one of our application
2. try to send data from ui on click
3. java script captures this ui data as json objects and sends it back to server
What is the expected behavior?
json object should be created with ui values unlike empty
What went wrong?
chrome 69 it works where as in 70 form data is empty example of form data

Thanks for filing the issue... @Reporter: It would be really helpful if a sample URL/test file is provided, so that we can investigate the issue further. If possible provide screencast for better triaging it.
