Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open Developer tools 2. Open Settings page 3. Select checkbox for "Selected context only" under Console 4. Close window 5. Open Developer tools again, checkbox is unselected What is the expected behavior? Checkbox should save state What went wrong? Checkbox state is not being saved Did this work before? No Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version:

Thanks for filling the issue... Able to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version 70.0.3538.77 also on latest chrome 72.0.3602.0 using Mac 10.14.0, Ubuntu 17.10 and Windows 7 and 10. Same behavior is seen on M60(60.0.3112.113) hence considering it as non-regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks!

Thanks for the report. When first introduced, we decided to not persist this checkbox, which acted as a filter. I think this one is similar to "Hide network", which is persisted, so I'm fine with saving if there is enough user feedback.
