What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Start the CrOS terminal
(2) Launch a GUI app (e.g. Sublime)
(3) When switching focus (clicking) on the Sublime window, a key (or key combination) will be randomly pressed. This behavior will persist until pressing Esc or the same key that's pressed
(4) Switching focus to a native window and coming back to the Linux app UI will cause the issue again
