Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.67 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click a link in the history sidebar with middle button (link opens in a tab and gets focused in the history which may not be clearly visible) 2. scroll away from the link 3. focus another window either by moving the mouse cursor away from chromium or clicking another widow 4. focus chromium What is the expected behavior? scroll position stays What went wrong? history scrolled to the selected link Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.67 Channel: n/a OS Version: 4.4.159 Flash Version: This is particularly annoying with input drivers that occasionally insert bogus pointer position events

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome reported version# 70.0.3538.67, latest stable# 70.0.3538.77 and on latest chrome# 72.0.3602.0 using Windows-10, Mac 10.12.6 and Ubuntu 17.10 with steps mentioned in comment# 0. As this issue is seen from M-60(60.0.3112.0), hence considering this issue as Non-Regression and marking it as Untriaged. Thanks
