Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open min.html
2. Set BPs as shown in devtools.mkv

What is the expected behavior?
The debugger should stop in line 3 after a continue in line 2. This is the behavior for "normal" functions.
Also, the step behavior in line 2 indicates that the BP in line 3 should be hit by a continue.

What went wrong?
The debugger skipped the BP in line 3.
