Cannot use right arrow in URL field

Reported by scott.vi...@gmail.com, Nov 5

Issue description

Chrome Version : 70.0.3538.77
OS Version: OS X 10.13.6
URLs (if applicable) : N/A
Other browsers tested: N/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a web page, e.g. google.com
2. Open a new tab with the intention of going to another URL on the same site, e.g. google.com/webmasters
3. Type 'goo' then press the right arrow

What is the expected result?
When typing 'goo', google.com should be auto completed. So pressing the right arrow should move the cursor to the end so you can add '/webmasters' to the end.

What happens instead of that?
Pressing the right arrow doesn't move the cursor, instead it focuses the "switch to this tab" button.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
