What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to Chrome webstore and search for india and observe the character spacing or the characters rendered in the suggestion dropdown.

What is the expected result?
> Proper character rendering with even spacing.

What happens instead?
> Weird character rendering and there is uneven spacing observed on b/w characters.


Note:
======
1. Issue is seen on Kip and Reks devices as well.
2. Issue is non regression as similar behavior is observed in M-70(70.0.3578.76/11021.56.0) and M-71(71.0.3578.27/11151.17.0) as well.
3. This works fine on Windows,Mac and Linux on the latest canary 72.0.3602.0.
