third_partry/minizip is actually a heavily modified (and improved) fork of the original minizip, which is part of the zlib distribution. The chromium code base uses both. The original is under third_party/zlib.

I propose renaming third_partry/minizip to third_partry/minizip2 to make it clear this is an improved, non-compatible version of minizip.
