Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/70.0.3538.77 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create several levels of nested bookmark folders (I have 3) 2. Add several bookmarks to the deepest level 3. Hover over a bookmark What is the expected behavior? Show a tooltip with the full title of the page that bookmark links to What went wrong? The tooltip shows the title of another page in that same bookmark's folder Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 70.0.3538.77 Channel: stable OS Version: Flash Version: It seems to work fine for bookmarks that are not several levels deep into a folder tree. For those deep down the tree, the offset seems to depend on the index of the folder within its parent folder.

Hi, I just checked, and the first child folder seems to work fine, but the second one doesn't. Please try with a second child inside "test 1". I also noticed that the tooltip appears almost immediately when it works fine, but it takes a long time to appear when it will show the wrong title. I do have a couple of extensions installed, but incognito mode should disable them, and the bug persists.

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported chrome version #70.0.3538.77 and latest stable #70.0.3538.102 using Ubuntu 17.10 by following steps as per comment#0 and comment#4. Observed that the tooltip shows the title of same page in that same bookmark's folder. Attached screenshot for reference. @reporter: Could you please retry the issue on latest stable #70.0.3538.102 by creating a new person (by clicking on top right avatar icon) and let us know if issue still exists. You can download the latest stable from -"https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel". Thanks.!

I tried to reproduce it again in order to upload a screenshot (which I probably should have done from the beginning), but it seems to be working fine now (even though I'm still at Version 70.0.3538.77 and haven't switched to a different account). I didn't add/remove any extensions either... Not sure what could have caused the problem. Sorry for the trouble

I finally managed to get a screenshot (this time, using macOS Mojave, Google Crhome Version 70.0.3538.77). It's a different OS, but the problem is very similar.
