Remove My files special case for when a volume is mounted

Issue description

crrev.com/c/1312148 added a special case on |onVolumeInfoListUpdated_| in DirectoryModel so My files (an EntryList) detects that a volume inside it has been mounted.

We should have a more structured support for this instead of this special case.
