What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open incognito window
2. Start typing a bookmarked URL

What is the expected result?
The dropdown should show a readable contrasty text.

What happens instead of that?
The URL of the dropdown appears dark blue on dark gray - a color combination which is very hard to read.
