Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Turn monitor around for tablet mode
(2)

Expected Result: Enters tablet mode

Actual Result: Does not enter tablet mode as long a bluetooth mouse is connected. If you take the bluetooth out and reboot it will enter tablet mode

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?) Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it? Must turn off blue tooth AND reboot.
