It's not a bug in Chrome. It's an incorrect page code: the entry is missing rules for CSS overflow. However, since there's no publicly available bug tracker for that site, apparently, let's hope the corresponding Google team will be notified by a Chrome engineer who sees this report.

Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.6 and Ubuntu 17.10 using chrome reported version #70.0.3538.77 and latest canary #72.0.3602.0. Issue is not seen in win-7 and win-10.
This is a non-regression issue as it is observed from M60 old builds.
Hence, marking it as untriaged to get more inputs from dev team.

Thanks...!!

Thanks for the report. Yes this isn't a browser issue but a site issue. Since this isn't a browser issue closing as won't fix. Internal bug created against site: b/119020142
