Issue descriptionTHIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE! Device name:Samsung Galaxy J2 2015 Android version:5.1.q WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView):71.0.3578.31 Application:notification bar Application version: URLs (if applicable): Steps to reproduce: (1)when I uninstall updates notification bar works propely (2)also when I reset my mobile notification bar works fine (3)Also the privacy issue because even after hiding the content it shows the notification content on the lock screen Expected result: Proper working of the Webview Actual result: But some of the bugs like *Notification bar issues *attached file show the half opening of the notication bar and hiding network status ,battery percentage *Notification bar icons are not working after the update *privacy issues in lock screen as even after hiding the content it shows the notification content on the lock screen

What's the "notification bar"? What's the actual bug here? Is it that the top text is partially covered? What app is this? (It looks like Chrome, except for that "home" icon.) What WebView version did this used to work with, and what version broke it?
